“Went here to celebrate my friends birthday, booked it as a surprise and she was really pleased. The food was delicious and the cocktails were lovely. We had an amazing day but if I had one complaint the service for drinks was quite slow- however it was a saturday and they were really busy. We still had a great time, the sun was shining and the views were spectacular.”

“Went for dinner on a weekday after booking a table. The views of the Norwich cathedral are lovely, the food was great and served with minimal delay after ordering, the wide variety of spirits and cocktails was lovely. However - we waited for quite awhile for someone to come to the hosting stand, and it was a fair time between finishing the main courses and having a member of wait staff come and clear plates/offer desert menus. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.”

“Lovely restaurant, cocktails were nice. got heaters outside and i definitely was not cold, if anything i was boiling!! decent selection of drinks. didn’t try the food but saw some good past and looked lovely. the place is a little hard to find. not much advertising outside the building. you’ll need to go up a lift to floor 6 to find it. overall a nice experience”

“Our server Will was extremely warm and hospitable - the menu had many enticing options but he gave us as much time as we needed to choose what we wanted. Very attentive all evening checking in on our courses and even let us know I was entitled to a free drink for my birthday. Couldn't have asked for better service, very happy to have come here!”

“Sadly our experience was fairly average, hence the 3*. We had prebooked just for drinks on the outdoor terrace, we were taken to our table and then left there - no further service, no menu, no indication of where we should order. My partner managed to wave down a waiter who was walking around nonchalantly and said we would probably have to order inside as he didn’t think the outdoor bar was ready yet (even though there were quite a few outdoor tables already taken and a huge party of about 15 people). He then walked off and went to flirt with a two women at a table and ignored all the other tables. The menu we got wasn’t put together properly, with paper coming out, some of the menu was duplicated and half of it missing. We ordered some cocktails which to be honest were quite expensive for what they were, and I’ve had a lot better. We sat outside for probably 30 minutes to an hour, in which during that time someone kept turning the music up and then down again and back and forth. Sometimes it would be at a good level, then it would be turned up to deafeningly loud. In the end we asked to move inside because we couldn’t hear ourselves, and the heaters were so far away from our table, it was too cold. They seem to be so overstaffed, with many not actually doing anything. We saw some waiters play fighting each other, or others walking around slapping each other on the butt right in front of customer tables, it was really unprofessional. We ordered more drinks, and watched them being made and then left on the side for 10 minutes whilst staff mingled around the bar ignoring all the drinks left there. Whilst the decor inside is nice, and ambience is good, I wouldn’t come back. Service was poor, drinks are overpriced, and we didn’t try the food but some of the other reviews seem to suggest it’s also very overpriced for what it is.”
